It's the most wonderful time of the year! One of the very special parts of the season is the bounty of sweet goodness like candy canes and peppermint swirls. We used these sweet treats as the inspiration for our December laces- Candy Cane and Peppermint Swirl. The Peppermint Swirl variation of this kit is more subtle than the dramatic Candy Cane, with a sweet row of red and pink "Swirls" across the edge. A special element of this lace is the subtle texture you'll get when you overlay the white part of the lace over your white fabric. It looks like a high-end jacquard when you put them together! One way I've envisioned using Peppermint Swirl, it with the swirls across the upper cup and cover the entire bra with the white part of the lace. Then I would add a row of the swirls on the back band either right under the arm or at the hook and eye. It would be just darling! The red coordinate is Flame and the pink is Dahlia. It looks best over Frost.
